"I grew up in a small town setting and moved to 83 West in February 2019. In all honesty I wasn't sure if I would like the setting because the area is more populated than what I'm used to. Needless to say I have been very pleased and surprised with this location. I love how the property has wooded areas and wildlife abounds. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and extremely helpful. The renovations to the property have been beautiful and I look forward to seeing the finished results. If your looking for a friendly community in a great location with a caring management, then look no further."

"Great place to live. I have lived here for 2 months and have absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful and quality property, in an amazing location. The leasing agent Myia was very friendly and welcoming, and provided a great tour that made me immediately fall in love with my apartment. It is a cozy and quiet property to which you have extremely quick access to any major store you can think of. A 2-4 minute drive from the property can place you at either Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Meijer, Target, Home stores and countless other restaurants, shopping centers, and so much more. Not to mention the cool amenities such as a dog park and pool (currently in development). The management is amazing and work very hard to make themselves readily available, and the maintenance team is very quick and reliable."
