At AMP Residential, we want you to love your new home, and we understand the process of leasing and moving can be stressful. Our AMP Cares programs were designed to help you move with confidence and ease, to let you know that we really do care. We start by offering two ways to tour our communities: through virtual tours or in person. Our leasing agents will guide you through both from start to finish and answer any questions you have.

Once you have chosen a community and home, we will walk you through the entire leasing process. We don’t believe in last-minute fees or surprises. Our AMP Promise guarantee allows you to move out of the community within 30 days penalty free* if you aren’t satisfied or your situation changes.

On move-in day, we make sure your new home is even better than you expected. Our system of thorough inspection, deep cleaning, and sanitization prior to move-in allows you to experience Amplified Living from day one.

My brother and I, are very happy. Especially when we learned that we; like other residents, got one month of free rent. We don't have to worry about taking care of stuff. For example: mowing the lawn changing the the battery on the smoke detector as well changing the dryer hose vent.
